Anyone seen "Transformers" the movie yet? Awesome. And definitely worthy of the big screen. Wednesday, Tarah and I had a babysitter for Savannah and were able to go out on the town finally. We had a great dinner at Carrabas Italian restaurant (I recommend the Wulf sauce on chicken breasts), and then we went to a movie. We really wanted to catch "Transformers" in the theater, because we know that our little TV would not do it justice. It has been out for quite a while, so there was only 2 theaters around here that were playing it still. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. It actually did a good job of tying the humans into the storyline, and the graphics were phenomenal. Radical, dude. I was so pumped after the movie and can't wait for a part two, which they leave it with the possibility of a sequel. The DVD may be good, too, for the surround sound possibilities. Now I just need to go back to mom and dad's to look for my old transformers. Maybe Savannah would like playing with them!

Your transformers are safe and secure. They've been packed away all these years, patiently waiting for the day when someone would free them from a dusty cardboard prison where they lay along side other relics of childhood play. They await the touch of another child who will manipulate their plastic parts and transform them into the majestic action figures they were designed to be. They look forward to the twisting and turning that will launch them, once again, onto the playing field of fantasy and into the imagination of a child.
They and many of your childhood toys whisper to me from the attic, "When are they coming to get me; when can I expect to play again?" I whisper back, "Cool it! I'm sending you home with them soon."
