Bipolar Weather part 2

We've come to realize that Savannah can occasionally become bored with the toys that she has in her toy box. So, to solve this problem, we started dipping into the large reserve of toys in her closet. Sometimes, just bringing back out an old toy that she hasn't seen in a while will once again spark her interest, and it's as if it is new all over again---like these two. Savannah's uncle, Gabe, presented her with these two, hand crafted toys (a ladybug and a turtle)for Christmas this year, and today they made their reappearance.

Oh yeah, and I should share this next picture too, simply cause she's so cute.

This may be one of the best spoof commercials I've ever seen. Better than the likes of SNL and any other comedy show on TV.

Bipolar Weather

Okay, so Sunday was probably the most beautiful day of the new year so far with sunny and 65. Then, Monday we hit 70 degrees for the first time and were running around in shorts...until Tuesday night, when it dropped to the 30's, and to the 20's on Wednesday night. Now, it's Friday night and I'm sitting here looking out the windows at probably the hardest snow we've seen this winter! We're supposed to get our most accumulation of snow for sure tonight...3 to 5 inches they're saying. I've lived in Texas most of my life, where we pride ourselves in the unpredictability of the weather sometimes, but I must say...we've got Texas beat up here.
