Who needs clothes...

when you've got a cozy home with A/C and heating? Savannah has become quite the little Jay bird recently. Whenever given the choice, or more likely simply given the opportunity, Savannah loves to get away with as little clothes as possible. In fact, tonight she spilled some drink on her sweater, so I took it off to clean it. When I pulled out a clean shirt for her to put on, I was given a clear and distinct "noooooo" followed by nothing but her backside running away. If we ever end up playing cowboys and indians, I'm sure she will chose to be an indian named "Free Bird".

Lattes and Lasers!

Saturday mornings are probably my favorite time of the week...go figure. The reason, though, is that I finally get to join in with Savannah's morning routine. She is often VERY cute and fun to hang out with when she get going in the morning. Yesterday, we got to incorporate and old favorite with a new favorite activity. She has always enjoyed sharing a morning latte with her "Daddum" (me), but now she has been introduced to the awe inspiring world of laser lights. Tarah recently got a laser level, which she quickly found out how intriguing lasers can be for an 18 month old. Now, as soon as Savannah walks into the living room she starts pointing to the ceiling and asking to see the show again. So we kicked back in the living room drinking a latte and watching lasers dance around the room.

I just finished posting the last blog with the picture show, and now I need a chance to vent about my frustration with Webshots.com, which is the site I used to create the photo show. I downsized the files about 5 times in order to get them small enough to fit on the slideshow without 1/2 the picture being cut off, and THEN....as you can see in the slideshow, it takes the smaller pictures and decides to try a creative glide across the screen, only to take a quarter of the picture off the screen again. ahhhhhh. So, does anyone know of a better picture sharing site that I can use to embed a slideshow on my blog?

I guess Savannah has really been the focus of most of my blogging, but she's just so darn cute. Anyways, we love to grab the camera and catch candids of her just chilling out in random places. She tends to do this a lot, so you never know where she's gonna end up. Some of her favorite places to hang out are: the laundry basket, the toy box, the paupazon chair (have no idea how to spell that).

However, she has also found a new way to chill out, much like her father.....

IT'S A BOY! Yeah. I can hear the sounds of relief coming from Isaac already. No longer will he have to be the lone ambassador of manliness in the next generation of Landes'. By the way, I called it the whole way with both pregnancies, and Tarah missed it both times. Ha.
